Primate Ayodele to President Mahama: Watch, your life is under threat

Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has alerted the president of Ghana, John Mahama, to be watchful, saying that being a president does not mean his life cannot be threatened.

Primate Ayodele was speaking at the international headquarters of his church in Lagos on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

He said, “Well Mahama as I am saying, you can have further extension, I have nothing against you Mahama, watch your back.

“Mahama should just watch his back, that you are president does not mean your life cannot be under threat.

“Mahama watch your back, you may take it, you may not take it, it is all about time.

“Time will come when Ghanaians will rise against the NDC go government in Ghana.

“Let them watch in Ghana, let them watch,” he added.
