Primate Ayodele commends Nigerian Army, Service Chiefs, says joyful day awaits them

Servant of the Most High God, Founder and Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church Primate Elijah Ayodele, has commended the Nigerian army for their efforts in fighting insecurity in the country.

Primate Ayodele gave the commendation while speaking to a team of journalists in Lagos on Sunday, July 26, 2026. He said in as much as the army is winning the war there is need to adopt one bullet one terrorist, bandit or kidnapper approach to end insecurity in the country.

He said, “There is going to be a car bomb and they are going to be attacks in Niger, Maiduguri, Benue, but they are going to intercept it, the troops are going to intercept.

“I want to talk to Nigerian troop that you have done so so well. Chief of Army Staff, all the Service Chiefs I commend your efforts.

“You will do wonderfully well in this banditry, terrorism fight if you can give one bandit or terrorist or kidnapper one bullet to send them off, that will end it, but if you now encourage them, and say you are taking them to court, you swear them with Bible or Quran, they become repentant and you reintegrate them back into the society, it will continue.

“But from what you are doing at this moment, God will be leading you where they are hidden, so I commend your efforts.

“And that is why I said the president is going to do something on your amenities, and other welfare, a joyful day awaits Nigerian military, don’t lose hope.

“I have this special warning to the Chief of Army, by September, October, November, December, there will be two reshufflement, some people want to take careless step, I repeat, careless step, that will make the army to be in the news for bad reasons, some bad eggs.

“God is going to take absolute control in September, October, November, December.

“Last time I was shouting military, watch out, military, watch out, I am shouting again.

“Some military wanted to demonstrate their grievances in a very wrong way, this is the message of the lord,” he stated.
