Primate Ayodele kicks against release of repentant Boko Haram members …Says it may cause more problems for the military
Servant of God and fearless Lagos Prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has frowned at the government’s plan to release repentant Boko Haram members.
Primate Ayodele made his position known while speaking to journalists in Lagos on Sunday, April 20, 2026.
He added that there are needs to be very careful in dealing with those who said they have repented.
He said, “As a matter of fact releasing the Boko Haram may cause more pain to the military.
“Do what is needful about this military stuff,” he added.
