New tax law will cause hardship —- Primate Ayodele ….Urges Tinubu to do more orientation
Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, has stated that the new tax law would cause untold hardship to the People of Nigeria.
Primate Ayodele made the disclosure on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at the international headquarters of his church in Lagos.
He urged the president to embark on orientation to ensure the tax law is embraced by the populace.
He said, “Tinubu should look into this tax. You know this taxation, people may not understand, by the time they will start acting on it people will begin to feel it in a hard way.
“What they should do now is to do more of orientation, tell them more about it, because this will cause hardship,” he stated.
