Birthday: You are a political giant and man of destiny — Umenzekwe salutes Nze Duru
Honourable Chief Modestus Umenzekwe, Onwa Achina, a Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has saluted the Deputy National Organizing Secretary of his party, Nze Chidi Duru (OON) describing him as a political giant and man of destiny.
Umenzekwe made the declaration in his birthday message in honour of the political stalwart, Nze Duru, who marked his 59th birthday recently.
He said the Aguata born politician and lawyer is not only a thorough bred professional but also a man of unquantifiable political sagacity. “Nze Duru is a rare gem, a great politician and a man of destiny.
“Nze Duru is intelligent, well grounded in his profession as a legal luminary and a politician of repute. He doesn’t believe in prevarication and sophistry but makes sure he calls white, white, and black as black. So I congratulate him on this occasion of his birthday and I wish him well,” Umenzekwe stated.
He said Duru’s contributions to the development of Anambra State and Nigeria cannot be overemphasized and therefore prayed that God in his infinite mercy would grant him long life and prosperity.
Umenzekwe who was listed among 100 most influential personalities in Anambra State urged Nze Duru to continue to deploy his wealth of knowledge, experience and exposure to ensure the growth and development of Anambra State and Nigeria in general.
