Primate Ayodele condemns house demolition in Oworoshoki, Lagos State, tasks Government to retrace step

Servant of God and Founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, has condemned what he termed ungodly demolition of people’s houses in Oworoshoki, Lagos State.

Primate Ayodele made the condemnation Friday, October 30, 2025, while addressing the congregation at the international headquarters of his church in Lagos.

He said those that embarked on this ungodly exercise would definitely reap the consequences.

He said whether he is a king or government it would not escape the wrath of God.

He said the time is now for them to retrace their steps and do the needful.

He revealed that so many people are going through pains because of demolition of people’s hard earned properties and that the owners of these properties are going through pains which would be a recurring decimal in their lives forever.

Primate Ayodele stated, “Demolition, the government may not know the consequence now, but the consequence will affect this Government because the people are bitter.

“The king or Government that did this, that Government will not go scot-free.

“Those that did these house demolition they will not go scot-free.

“The government must do something because there are people going through pains because forever it will be a recurring decimal.

“If the government does not act on this, if it is king, anybody that does that, that person will not stabilize again, let the king do something.

“Don’t say you have done the right thing. For me, what I know and what I see, you have not done the right thing.

“As a matter of fact, these are things the APC should look at in Lagos State. I repeat it is not funny,” he stated
