Ide Chigozie Mmonu bags double awards in excellent leadership and award of merit in community development
In recognition of his leadership qualities, commitment and contributions to community development, Ide Valentine Chigozie Mmonu (Boy O Boy) has been honoured by his community, the Osina Town Union Lagos Branch.
Ide Chigozie Mmonu, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Valentine C. Int’l Ltd based at Ladipo Auto Spare Parts Market, Lagos State, Nigeria, is not just a philanthropist per excellence, he is also an outstanding community leader who has demonstrated overwhelming commitment to growth and development of Osina Ancient Kingdom in general and OTU Lagos Branch in particular.
A dealer on Motor Spare Parts and Cars, Mmonu bagged the double at the End of Year Party/Historic Award which took place at the Main Auditorium of the popular Ozubulu Hall, Festac Town, Lagos State on Sunday, December 8, 2024.
The event was a celebration of excellence as dignitaries converged to give honour to whom honour is due.
Based on his consistency dedication, collaboration and willingness to render service to his town both in cash and kind, Mr Mmonu popularly known as Boy O boy, was recognized in the Golden Award Category and leadership Excellence Award by his people for his amazing and innumerable contributions to both Osina Town and Lagos Branch.
Ide Mmonu has served OTU Lagos Branch in several capacities and has demonstrated his savvy for excellence. He is the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Osina Town Union Lagos Branch and also the Chairman of Osina Youth Club (OYC) Lagos Branch.
Mmonu is an excellent leader and critical stakeholder in both the branch and Osina Ancient Kingdom in general.
While receiving the award, Ide MMONU appreciated his people and assured them of his continued commitment and contributions to the development and growth of the town.
He said “I deeply appreciate this award coming from the good people of Osina Town Union Lagos Branch. I assure you that I will continue to contribute my quota for the progress of the town.”
In handing over the award, Chairman of Osina Town Union Lagos Branch, Chief Aloysius Chukwudi Emeh (Okadigbo na Osina) commended Mmonu for his continued assistance to the branch and community.
He said “We appreciate what you are doing in Osina community and we urge you to keep it up.”
