Takete-Ide/ Otafun Ward 07 APC Lauds Kogi Accountant General’s Contributions To State Development
The leadership and stakeholders of Takete-Ide/ Otafun Ward 07 in Mopamuro LGA have paid a courtesy visit to the Kogi State Accountant General, Chief Dr. Habibat Oyiza Tijjani Onumoko (FCNA, FCTI), popularly known as Mama Alert, in recognition of her contributions to the development of Kogi State.
The delegation, led by the Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon
Kingsley Femi Fanwo, commended the Accountant General for her dedication to public service, professionalism and efforts towards strengthening the state’s financial administration.
Fanwo particularly appreciated her commitment to the success of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s administration and her positive contributions to the welfare of the people.
Speaking on behalf of the ward, Hon. Emmanuel Luke expressed appreciation for her goodwill and support for the grassroots, while former Local Government Secretary, Hon. Dele Eseyin, reaffirmed Ward 07’s loyalty to the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Eseyin assured her of the ward’s 100 per cent electoral delivery in the forthcoming elections, recalling its consistent record of victories for the APC since the party’s emergence in Kogi State. He attributed the record to unity, loyalty and effective grassroots mobilisation.
Responding, Chief Dr. Onumoko thanked the delegation for the visit and kind words. She also commended Fanwo for his dedication to the development of the state, describing the Ministry of Information and Communications as a strategic institution in the success of government.
She prayed for God’s continued wisdom, strength and protection for the Commissioner and assured the delegation that their message of appreciation and solidarity would be conveyed to Governor Ododo.
