If you don’t remove Boko Haram from the system, it’ll not go — Primate Ayodele …Don’t grant amnesty to them, they don’t have repentant heart

Servant of God and Founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Nigeria, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has urged the Federal government to make hay while the sun is still shining by removing members of Boko Haram and their sponsors from the army

He made this statement on Sunday, April 11, 2026 in Lagos, adding that Boko Haram deserves no mercy, adding that the group has killed many innocent civilians and soldiers, and even the top echelon in the military to blaas.

He further disagree with the idea of jailing them, stating that such exercise would amount to wasting of national resources.

Primate Ayodele said, “It is bad when somebody says some Boko Haram have repented, you now bring them back in the system.

“Boko Haram that are in the military, if you don’t remove them, Boko Haram will not go.

“I don’t know why someone will tell me that they are repentant people, which repentance?

“People that have killed in millions, what are they repenting?

“If you don’t want Boko Haram to continue to mess us up, to continue to destroy the security system of our country, don’t jail them, jailing them is a waste of resources. Amnesty is ability of giving them encouragement.

Defence Chiefs, wake up now. Why will you say they are repentant people, which repentance? Repentant for where? Killing soldiers, killing generals, haba, haba, haba!

“Nigerian Government causes this, leave amnesty. If you don’t remove those Boko Haram from the system, the system will not work, and our military will be in mess.

“Nigeria military is good, but because they are polluted, there is pollution of wrong people, bad egs in the system, that is why they are getting them.

“The one that will happen in the next three weeks will be alarming.

“Why are military top brass that have worked assiduously for this country being attacked and killed, why will they seize top general, and put them into very serious situation, you will know that insecurity is something else that Tinubu my act on.

“Don’t jail Boko Haram, don’t give them amnesty, they don’t have repentant spirit, they have devilish spirit, waste them, don’t show mercy.

“It is going to make your government questionable, Tinubu

“If you jail them, you waste the nation’s resources.

“I am telling you, jail break is imminent, watch. Kuje prison, in the next one month, there should be serious security arrangement, beaf up security around the place because it is midnight work.

“This is very seriois security alert to the government, because they don’t know, that is why we are telling them,” Primate Ayodele said.
