“So one of my hobby is to serve God and humanity as far as my power permits me,” he said.

“I want to tell God that as far as he gave me the enablement, body, spirit and soul, I will continue to serve him and humanity. That is it. So today I am happy to celebrate my year, today I am plus one. So I give God the glory,” Chief Uzoh disclosed.
Chief Uzoh who acknowledged the immense support he enjoys from his wife and children for standing by him, advised Nigerians to always appreciate God while marking their birthday. “My humble advice to people is that God liveth and with God everything is possible. Nobody can do without God, so when you built yourself in God, God will continue to bless you and show you the way that will make your life very easy and better. So that is why we have to reverence God, because the bible says seek ye the kingdom of God and it’s righteousness and everything shall be added unto you. So when you make God first everything will be added unto you according to the bible.”
Responding to a question on Lagos Business environment, and how it has favoured the Igbos, he said “Everybody knows that there is opportunities in Lagos, Lagos has the population, people troop to Lagos to leverage on those opportunities, we have the only functioning seaport here, no other functional seaport and that is why this place is the centre of opportunities, when you come here there are many opportunities.
“However, I want to thank the Lagos State Government for the opportunity we have and the fertile environment for us to do our business. They are trying but they have to try more,” he said.
Uzoh who was hinted to be vying for the position of the President of Coker Building Materials International Market, also used the opportunity of the birthday to appeal to Lagos State and Nigerian Government to see every citizen as one. “The area I want the government to do more is in the area of one Nigeria, they should take everyone as one, no sentiment in anything they do. We are one Nigeria, and let everyone put it into reality.”
On his message to Nigerians, he said, “My new year message to Nigerians is for everyone to live as one. They say one Nigeria, even after the Civil War, it was said there was no victor, no vanquished, but I don’t think that one is being practised, there are still sentiments here and there, marginalisation, here and there, but when we take ourselves as one, we will have a greater Nigeria.”
